A wunderkind teenager, Kenzo Chase, enters the Vivacity police force and must learn to work as a team with his strait-laced, prototype robot partner CATCH.

A comedic, high-speed show with ultra-cool vehicles and gadgets, inspired by the classic 1980’s cartoons, led by an unlikely friendship and a formidable criminal mastermind.
